To the poor and helpless

"The needy shall not alway be forgotten: the expectation of the poor shall not perish for ever" (Psalm 9:18).

"Thou, O God, hast prepared of thy goodness for the poor" (Psalm 68:10).

"The LORD heareth the poor" (Psalm 69:33).

"I will satisfy her poor with bread" (Psalm 132:15).
