Defenders of the modern versions have sought to minimize the fAc of these missing Names of Deity. A typical example is that which the President of the well known Grace Theological Seminary offers in his trAc "The King James Only?" "One common objection is that in a relatively few cases the names "Christ" and "Lord" are omitted when referring to Jesus." The previous inventory of hard evidence demonstrates that these Names are missing in much more than "a relatively few cases"!
