Will the resurrected saints go to heaven to confer or see God the Father or will they not see Him until the plan for mankind is complete and Christ delivers the kingdom (1 Cor. 15:24)?

The resurrected saints will be Spirit-born members of the God Family. As such, they will be able to go anywhere they want, anytime they want.

However, those who are still physical, flesh-and-blood human beings will not be able to see the Father. (Notice Isaiah 59:2, Romans 8:7-8 and John 5:37.)
