Christ is greater than the churches and is the Lord of the churches. Christ is the Commander in Chief.

The churches are the light—the only light—of the world.
4.Why are the churches golden lamp-stands?
Because they are of God. Gold, in the Scriptures, symbolizes Divinity.
5.What is the only testimony that has eternal impact?
That which is given by the Holy Spirit.
6.What does the white robe of Christ portray?
Christ's righteous and holy Being and conduct.
7.With what is Christ girded?
The strength of God Almighty.
8.What do the head and hair of Christ reflect?
The purity of eternal wisdom.
9.Why are the eyes of Christ "as a flame of fire"?
The eyes of Christ are as a flame of fire because they test the motives of people. They burn away what is insincere and fleshy. We cannot deceive Christ. We cannot convince Him of the correctness of our ways. Christ perceives our every motive, and we are found to be connivers, self-seekers.

Wherever Christ walks, Divine judgment is executed.

The testimony given by the saint shall cause some to be saved and others to be reserved to the Day of Judgement.

The voice of Christ is multiplied in the saints, each of whom is a fountain of living waters.

The right hand represents authority and power. The almighty Christ holds the spirits of the churches in the right hand of His power.

The churches do not hold up Christ. Christ holds up the churches.

There is no other.

Because the face of Christ is the Face of the righteousness and holiness of God Almighty.
