Read through the whole Bible

Twenty Minutes A Day

Compiled by Robert Gunn

This Schedule is planned as a guide to help you read through the whole Bible with understanding in the space of one year.

Reading for twenty minutes a day at the end of a year you will have read through the New Testament twice and the Old Testament once. (It is recommended that a specific time each day be set aside for reading).

The Old Testament portions are presented as nearly as possible in chronological order, with the exception of the Book of Job and the Psalms. The passages from the prophets have been included in the historical narrative where they were spoken. Where duplicate accounts of a narrative are given, they are often included in a single day's reading.

The Psalms are located at scattered points throughout the year. Frequently a psalm that fits a particular passage has been placed with that passage.

The New Testament readings begin with the gospel account of Luke followed by Acts which give the continuous story of the New Testament.

I hope "Twenty Minutes A Day" becomes a part of your day and proves to be a great blessing to you!
