Peace with God

Jesus says to me: 'Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you.

I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your heart be troubled and do not be afraid. I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.' For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

Since I have been justified through faith, I have peace with God through my Lord Jesus Christ. Grace and peace are mine from God my Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ. May the God of hope fill me with all joy and peace as I trust in him, so that I may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace.

May the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, equip me with every good thing for doing his will, and may he work in me what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

The God of peace will soon crush Satan under my feet.

The peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard

my heart and my mind in Christ Jesus. Grace and peace are mine in

abundance through the knowledge of God and of Jesus my Lord.
