Seven 'Times' or 2,520 Years

The Babylonian Year was 360 days, which was also known as a 'time'. 7 x 360 = 2,520, and the days were also used to represent years in prophecy. Seven 'times' was therefore 2,520 days or years. The 2,520 days related to Nebuchadnezzar; the various 2,520-year periods related to the prophecies about Israel's restoration. The use of a 360-day year as a 'time' is confirmed by comparing the 1,260 days of Revelation 11: 3 & 12:6 with the 'time, times, and half a time' (3½ times) of Revelation 12:14.
