Kept From Temptation 9

Kept From Temptation 9

It grew until it reached the host of the heavens, and it threw some of the starry host down to the earth and trampled on them. (Daniel 8:10—NIV)

Antichrist will have authority to reach into the heavens and shake the forces there, and so it is absolutely necessary an even greater authority and power be issued to the saints. Otherwise we could not overcome the massive weight of spiritual darkness and evil soon to blanket the earth.

The water of eternal life always flows from the Throne of God, from nowhere else.

The entrance of the Throne of God into the personalities of the victorious saints is the Kingdom of God and the spiritual fulfillment of the Jewish feast of Tabernacles.

When God's Kingdom comes into the earth God's will is done in the earth. This is why if we are to move past the Pentecostal experience into the Tabernacles experience we must make Jesus absolute Lord of our life. We have received Him as our Savior. Now we must receive Him as our Lord.

The greatest King of all is standing at the door of the saints. He is the Lord of Glory, the Lord strong and mighty in battle against all who would oppose the will of His Father. When the Father has brought all in subjection under Christ, then will Christ Himself be subject to the Father that God may be All in all.

So the call is, "Open up the gates of your heart and let the Lord enter. You have been saved through the blood, you have been filled with the Spirit of God. Now it is time to permit the Father and the Son to make Their eternal abode in you."

The earth is the Lord's with all its resources and all those who dwell on the earth. God left the earth because of the disobedience of Adam and Eve. God will return to the earth when the obedience of His sons has been fulfilled. Then He will avenge all disobedience.

Will you be one of those who is willing to surrender his right to be himself that Christ may make you part of Himself? Only in so doing can you pass from Pentecost to Tabernacles.

If you insist on remaining at Pentecost that you may retain your right to serve Christ on your own terms, you will be in clear danger of being deceived during the age of moral horrors. Christ will not guard you against deception because you have not been willing to patiently keep His Word. You have decided to go your own religious way.

Why not cease from your dead religious works and enter the rest of God? Blessed are those who die in the Lord from this time forth. You will be able to rest from your own works while the mighty works of Christ in you will accompany you through the darkness that soon is to come.

Lift up your heads, O you gates; be lifted up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O you gates; lift them up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. Who is he, this King of glory? The LORD Almighty—he is the King of glory. Selah (Psalms 24:7-10—NIV) (from Kept From Temptation)
