Judging of others

"Therefore judge nothing before the appointed time; wait till the Lord comes. He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of men's hearts ." 1 Corinthians 4:5

A great deal of our judging of others is misjudging, or unjust judging — because we do not know all the facts in their personal lives.

It would ofttimes grieve us and make us greatly ashamed of ourselves, if, when we have judged another severely — we would be shown a glimpse of his inner life, revealing hidden sorrows and struggles which are the cause of the things in him we have blamed so much.

"You, then, why do you judge your brother?" Romans 14:10
