Jesus would be the Promised Seed of Abraham.

Prophecy: "Since Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed through him, and shall bless themselves by him" (Genesis 18:18 ).

Fulfilment: "Now the promises (covenants and agreements) were decreed and made to Abraham and his Seed (his Offspring, his Heir)...Who is (none other than) Christ, the Messiah" (Galatians 3:16 ).

"The book of the ancestry (genealogy) of Jesus Christ, the Messiah, the anointed, the son (descendant) of David, the son (descendant) of Abraham" (Matthew 1:1)
