Humanism:
Denies the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ; it teaches man is God and mankind has the answers.
Denies the validity of the Bible and the existence of the soul.
Denies salvation, heaven and hell.
Believes in no absolutes and no right or wrong (just whatever you think is right for you at the moment).
Believes moral values are self-determined and you can do whatever you want (free to do your own thing, not realising freedom requires responsibility).
Wants removal of distinctive roles of male and female.
Promotes all the sins of Sodom and much more—adultery, homosexuality, bisexuality, bestiality, pornography, oral sex, etc.
Believes in sexual freedom without restraints.
Believes in abortion.
Believes in mercy killing (euthanasia); believes in suicide as a valid option to escape pain.
Believes in equal distribution of wealth to bring about equality (sowing and reaping, rewards and blessings, are eliminated.)
From this definition, we see the number of the beast that is called a "man" is a corporate man or set of men and not one man we are to look for. This "man" is already here and has always been here because he represents all those who are marked with the beastly system of Satan. In these end times he will manifest himself as "666," man at his zenith of evil in the world.
Unparalleled wickedness shall be seen in the earth resulting in great tribulation as our Lord spoke about in Matthew 24:21, "For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be." Yes, there will be wicked leaders who are antichrist in this wicked beast system, leaders who are marked and causing others to be marked.
There will even be one especially vile man standing out above the others that could be called an antichrist. However, he will be only the tip of the iceberg since the real mark of the beast is everywhere—those without Christ bear it. While the church is looking for "the antichrist" to come, many are being marked spiritually every day. If our eyes are not opened to see the spiritual marking, Satan will have no problem marking them with a literal mark when that day comes.
