Hell is a Christian Hoax 25

Contradiction #5

"You send yourself to Hell" Vs. "God assigns Jesus rejecters to Hell"

"People make the choice to go to hell" (p. xiv, bottom) .

And again on page 78 we read: "You still may wonder how a good and loving God could send someone to that horrible place called hell. To put it plainly, HE DOESN'T. It is YOUR rejection of the provision (Jesus) for your sin that sends you there. We all have free will, and we can choose not to repent."

Oh really? You send yourself to hell, do you? Bill says that God doesn't send someone to that horrible place called Hell. But that's not what Bill says on page 118: ( God is the one who appoints or assigns those who reject Jesus as their Lord and Savior to their rightful position in hell) " Who sends people to hell? Do people send themselves, as Bill claims? Or does God Himself send people to hell, which Bill also claims? Do you know a contradiction when you see one? Do you see one? "Appoint" means to "designate to fill a position." And Bill concedes that it is "GOD" Who "appoints or assigns" people to a "position in Hell."

Furthermore, how many billions of people have never "rejected Jesus as their Lord," because they have never even heard of Jesus their Lord? Let's stick to the Scriptures in this discussion. By how many names under heaven is it possible for someone to be saved? Act 4:12

"Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name ( other than, 'by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth' Verse 10) under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved."

So if we are to believe the Scriptures, then we have proof that billions of people who have never even heard the name of Jesus could not have been saved in their life-time even if they wanted to be saved. God has graciously made provision for all to receive salvation eventually. It involves maybe the most universally rejected teaching in the Bible-the resurrection to judgment.

Permit me to insert a little side-bar at this junction of our discussion on hell:

God will not send anyone to an eternal hell of insane torture in 12,000 degree fire. In judgment all humanity will learn to live righteously and be saved. Yes, they will. God said so:

"...for when ( No, not NOW, but 'when') Thy ( GOD'S) judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness" (Isaiah 26:9).

No, most of humanity are not learning righteousness now. That is evident from verse 10:

"Let favor be shown to the wicked, yet will he not learn righteousness." But when God's judgments are in the earth; when "the earth shall be filled ( not NOW, but when the earth shall BE filled - future tense) with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea" (Isaiah 11:9 & Habakkuk 2:14).

And it is precisely this lack of "knowledge of the glory of the LORD" that the clergy has utterly failed to provide to the Church and the world that is the reason humanity is presently being destroyed:

"My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because you have rejected knowledge, I will also reject you, that thou shall be no priest to Me: seeing you hast forgotten the law of your God, I will also forget your children" (Hos. 4:6).

But this is not the end of the story. Not only will God save rebellious Israel, but also all the nations that God uses to punish Israel. No nation has sinned as much or as badly as the chosen nation of Israel:

"Thus says the Lord GOD; This is Jerusalem, I have set it in the midst of the nations and countries that are round about her. And she hath changed my judgments into wickedness MORE than the nations, and my statutes MORE than the countries that are round about her: for they have refused my judgments and my statutes, they have not walked in them. Therefore thus says the Lord GOD; Because ye multiplied more than the nations that are round about you, and have not walked in my statutes, neither have kept my judgments, neither have done according to the judgments of the nations that are round about you; Therefore thus says the Lord GOD; Behold, I, even I, am against thee, and will execute judgments in the midst of thee in the sight of the nations" (Ezek. 5:5-8).

And it is by and through these godly judgments, that God will ultimately save both Israel AND the Gentile nations.

"...through their fall ( Israel's fall) salvation is come unto the Gentiles ( God categorizes all inhabitants of the world into two groups: Israel often referred to as 'the Jews,' and 'all other nations,' which collectively are called 'Gentiles') (Rom. 11:11).

For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles (Rom. 11:13).

For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, UNTIL the fullness of the Gentiles be come in. (Rom. 11:25).

Notice that there is coming a time when the fullness of the Gentiles will be a reality. ALL KINGDOMS will obey God when His judgments are in the earth:

"And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions ( Heb: 'all other authorities,' 'all powers') shall serve and obey him (Dan. 7:27). This is the time when "... all Israel shall be saved..." (Rom. 11:26).

"For God hath concluded them all ( both the Jews AND the Gentiles) in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all ( Jews AND Gentiles-that's ALL NATIONS ON EARTH) " (Rom. 11:32).
