Back to The True Jesus Christ Unknown to Christianity

Back to By David C. Pack

Finally, consider again this literally bedrock passage: “Therefore whosoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken Him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: and the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock” (Matt. 7:24-25).

Will YOU be “a wise man” and build on rock—the real teachings of the true Jesus Christ?

Or…“And everyone that hears these sayings of Mine, and does them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: and the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it” (Mt 7:26-27).

Will YOU be “a foolish man” and build on sand—the false teachings of “another Jesus”?

Choose One

This book has separated fact from fiction—with irrefutable proof. It has exposed “another Jesus” and revealed the true Jesus Christ. Both of these stand before you. Make no mistake. You cannot claim to follow the right Jesus while following the path and teachings of the wrong one. Which one you choose represents the GREATEST CHOICE you will ever make! The contrast is profound—and stunning… • One “Jesus” teaches that the law of God was done away—the true Jesus Christ teaches that “if you will enter into life, keep the commandments.”

• One has been invented and sent by the “god of this world”—the Other is genuine, and was sent by God the Father, with Whom He is one. • One received his instructions from numerous ancient, mythical pagan “saviours,” all patterned after an early human rebel—the Other was sent from heaven to do the will of the Father.

• One was weak, skinny, effeminate and had long hair—the Other was rugged, strong, masculine and wore hair closely cropped. • One is largely seen as either a helpless newborn in a manger or dead on a cross—the Other is all-powerful and sitting at the right hand of God.

• One died of a broken heart because he was in emotional shock and grief—the Other voluntarily humbled Himself, gladly took upon Himself the sins of all mankind and willingly shed His blood.

• One looks as though he barely suffered and shed little blood before and while on the stake—the Other was unrecognizably “marred more than any man.”

• One talked about himself and called it the “gospel”—the Other was sent by the Father to announce the gospel of the kingdom of God. • One teaches the kingdom of God is here now—the Other teaches that it will arrive at His Second Coming.

• One teaches that his followers must spread the kingdom, as they seek to fix this world—the Other teaches that His kingdom is coming, and that His followers will first restore and then continue ruling cities and nations in the world to come.

• One largely defines the Christian mission as giving money and aid to the poor—the Other said to give them the gospel of the kingdom of God.

• One authorizes observance of the first day of the week, the day of the sun—the Other hallowed the seventh day and declares that He is “Lord of the Sabbath.”

• One teaches adherence to ancient pagan holidays condemned in the Bible—the Other teaches observance of the seven annual Holy Days outlined in Scripture and commanded forever.

• One permits the unrestrained worship of idols, images and pictures—the Other condemns all forms of this in His Second Commandment. • One permits vain repetition in prayer—the Other labels this “the way of the heathen,” before explaining the true “manner” of prayer.

• One celebrates his birthday in late December, through use of a time-honoured pagan festival of wild celebration—the Other was born in the early Autumn and condemns the pagan tradition as an abomination.

• One endorses the pagan Easter celebration, the worship of the Egyptian/Babylonian goddess Ishtar/Ashtaroth—the Other commands observance of God’s Passover.

• One permits his “supper” to be kept as often as his followers wish—the Other commands bread, wine and foot washing once a year at a set time.

• One broke his word, and the only sign that he was the Messiah, and was in the grave just 36 hours—the Other kept His word, proving He was the Messiah, by remaining for exactly three days and three nights.

• One claims to have been resurrected the early morning of the first day of the week—the Other was resurrected late Saturday afternoon.

• One was merely resurrected physically, bodily—the Other returned to the God Family with a glorious Spirit Body.

• One is the author of counterfeit “healing revivals” where participants fall backwards—the Other brings genuine healing of the sick through the laying on of hands.

• One encourages worship of his human mother—the Other knew that His mother was "blessed,” but placed no greater emphasis on her.

• One had no brothers or sisters because his mother was an always-to-be-celibate virgin—the Other had four brothers and at least two sisters.

• One is a dead saviour with dead teachings building dead churches with dead stones—the Other is alive and brings living truth from His living Word to a living Church He is building with living stones.

• One blindly repeats that you are saved by his death—the Other reveals and explains how you are “saved by His life.”

• One tells his followers that upon death they are either “going to heaven” or an “ever-burning hell,” because they have an “immortal soul”—the Other teaches that they will ultimately either rule with Him on this earth or be destroyed forever in the lake of fire, and that they are souls.

• One teaches that being born again occurs at conversion—the Other teaches that it occurs at the resurrection, when He returns.

• One has done away with tithing to make himself more appealing and easier to serve—the Other bluntly declares that “this ought you to have done” and to neglect tithing is to “rob God.”

• One, paradoxically however, reflects the Christian walk as burdensome and austere—the Other says, “I am come that they might have life, and have it more abundantly” and “My joy I leave with you.”

• One has followers who build their own thousands of differing, divided churches, and who, because they cannot agree on his teachings, necessarily offer a widely inclusive, counterfeit “body of Christ” to house them—the Other built one unified Church, one undivided Body and Temple, where everyone walks in harmony, believing and speaking the same thing.

• One permits lay members in his churches to hire and replace their pastors, and these to select or remove their highest leaders—the Other governs His Church from the top down, and selects and trains His ministers of every office, who are themselves over His flock.

• One is worshipped by billions and leads all brands of this world’s recognized, accepted Christendom—the Other has but one discounted, persecuted “little flock” that has come out of the world.

• One sends missionaries around the world to have the masses “profess” him and “get saved”—the Other directs His Church to announce the kingdom of God to all nations, knowing that only the Father decides who comes to His Son.

• One carries neither real power nor real authority, and his churches operate on human strength—the Other has all power and authority in heaven and earth, and divinely strengthens His dynamic Church.

• One says, “come just as you are”—the Other commands to “Repent [change] and believe the gospel.”

• One declares, “You are already saved,” because “once saved, always saved”—the Other declares (twice), “He that endures to the end shall be saved,” and “to him that overcomes will I grant to sit with Me in My throne, even as I overcame…”

• One does not care how you worship him—the Other is a “jealous God” demanding that we “worship Him in Spirit and truth.”

• One works through “another spirit,” the “spirit of error,” the “spirit of disobedience”—the Other works through the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of God, the “Spirit of truth.”

• One “Jesus” is well-known to the world—the true Jesus Christ is unknown to Christianity, but is now known to you. You must now choose! Copyright © 2011 The Restored Church of God. All Rights Reserved.
