Can someone "accidently" receive 666: The Mark of the Beast?

What if I "innocently" take a debit card, credit card, a vaccine, smart-card, or a biochip and it turns out to be 666: The Mark of the Beast?

Every so often, someone contacts us inquiring if they take a social security card, debit card, smart card, vaccine, etc. could they "accidently" be receiving 666: The Mark of the Beast.

No. One can NOT "innocently" or "accidently" receive 666: The Mark of the Beast.
The Bible is clear — if someone receives 666: The Mark of the Beast — they will "drink of the wine of the wrath of God . . . be tormented with fire and brimstone . . . forever and ever"!

Revelation 14:9-11 reads:
And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and RECEIVE his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb

And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up forever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name. Revelation 14:9-11

Whoever receives the mark of the beast — will "be tormented with fire and brimstone" BY GOD "for ever and ever"!
This begs the obvious question — is God going to "torment someone with fire and brimstone, for ever and ever" for innocently getting a credit card, debit card, smart card or even a micro-chip implant?

The Bible says in 1 John 4:16 — "God is LOVE"
"And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. GOD IS LOVE; . . ." 1 John 4:16:

The Bible says in familiar John 3:16, "For God SO LOVED the world"

"For God SO LOVED the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16
The Bible says in Psalms 86:5, that God is "good, ready to forgive, and plenteous in mercy".

"For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and PLENTEOUS IN MERCY unto all them that call upon thee." Psalms 86:5 In the "light" of these verses (and there are thousands just like them in the Word of God) — would a "God of LOVE", a God, "ready to FORGIVE, a God, "plenteous in MERCY" — "torment someone with fire and brimstone, for ever and ever" for innocently getting a credit card, debit card, smart card or even a micro-chip implant?
NO. Absolutely NOT. . . A thousand times — NEVER!

Notice again Revelation 14:9-11:
And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and RECEIVE his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name. Revelation 14:9-11

Notice what verse 9, says — "If any man WORSHIP the beast and his image, and RECEIVE his mark in his forehead, or in his hand" — WORSHIP the beast. . .
Again notice verse 11, "And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up forever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who WORSHIP the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name." — who WORSHIP the beast. . .

The mark of the beast is more than just receiving a "mark" — it's a voluntary act of WORSHIP.
When someone receives the mark of the beast, they do so, willingly, knowing what they're doing — worshipping the beast, or his image.
The mark of the beast is NOT just a credit card, a smart card, a biochip implant, or a mark — it is a sign of allegiance and WORSHIP of the beast or his image — and rejection of a holy God.

In Revelation 16:2, when the mark of the beast is mentioned, it includes worship:
"And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image." Revelation 16:2

Again Revelation 19:20, makes the connection to worship:
And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. Revelation 19:20

In Revelation 20:4, worship is mentioned with the mark of the beast:
And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
Revelation 20:4

Again, I repeat — The mark of the Beast is a sign of voluntary allegiance and WORSHIP of the beast or of his image.
Tim LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins, correctly write in their book, Are We Living in the End Times?:

"Concerned believers sometimes worry that they might somehow inadvertently receive this devilish mark. But this is impossible. First, we should remember that our God is loving and merciful; He proved that forever in the gift of His Son. We should see Him as our heavenly Father who stands at the gate of heaven, letting men and women into His paradise, not trying to keep them out. It would be totally out of character for Him to send someone to hell for accidently standing in the wrong line and getting the mark of the Beast, when he really wanted the mark of the Father.

Second, the aforementioned verses (Rev: 14:6-7) show that the mark is obtained only by those who sell their soul to the Beast and the devil who gives him his power. This involves a wilful rejection of God — something a true Christian could never do.

Amen, amen and amen, Brother LaHaye and Brother Jenkins. Wonderfully said.
What's really amazing. . . despite all the horror and terror of the tribulation, the people of the tribulation, still worship devils, blaspheme God and refuse to repent!
And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.
And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain,
And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.

Revelation 16:9-11
And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not WORSHIP devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:

Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts. Revelation 9:20-21
I'm sure there's some that's reading this, that's thinking, "I'll wait till after the rapture, when millions of Christians suddenly disappear, and then I'll KNOW the Bible is true and then I'll get saved". "I'll wait until I'm 100% SURE. Then I'll get saved."
I've got some very important news — NO YOU WON'T!
For one reason: When the anti-Christ comes, people who ". . . received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. . ." FOR THIS CAUSE "God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie"

Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
And FOR THIS CAUSE God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. 2 Thessalonians 2:11-12
That would apply to anyone who is reading this article after the rapture.
If you reject the Lord Jesus Christ NOW - ". . .because they RECEIVED NOT the love of the truth, that they might be saved.. . . they all might be damned who BELIEVED NOT the truth"

FOR THIS CAUSE (for not receiving or believing the Lord Jesus Christ) — ". . . God shall send them STRONG DELUSION, that they should believe a lie. . ."
If you continue to reject the Lord Jesus Christ, and you go into the tribulation — YOU WILL TAKE THE MARK OF THE BEAST and YOU WILL WORSHIP THE BEAST!
And you will be later cast into a lake of fire — FOR EVER! AND IT WILL HAPPEN!
