Arabian mufti calls for destruction of all Christian churches

Have you asked yourself this question: What would happen if thousands of Christians were killed by an Islamic group in the UK, instead of Syria or Pakistan?

The Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia Abdulaziz Bin Abdullah, who is the head of the Muslim community, has once again called for the destruction of all Churches on the Arabian Peninsula.

Bin Abdullah, head of the Ulema Council and the Standing Committee on Fatwas, made this statement after a presentation by the Kuwaiti parliamentarian Osama Al-Munawer of the bill that bans construction of new non-Muslim religious buildings in Kuwait.

The Mufti stated that, according to Islamic law, all churches in the region must be demolished; i.e., Islam is the only legal religion here. The words of Muhammad that "there cannot be two religions on the Arabian peninsula" the head of the Sunni always interprets in favor of Islam.

Not long ago, owing to the consecration of a Catholic Church in United Arab Emirates, the local Christians expected the opening of negotiations concerning the construction of the first church in Saudi Arabia.

At the present time, from 3 to 4 million immigrant Christians work in this Muslim country, according to various sources.

In the UK we seem to be obsessed with Women Bishops, Bats in Churches, order of services, how much money to invest in buying shares in a Bank, yet we shut our eyes to the thousands of Christians (our brothers and sisters in Christ) getting killed each year, mainly by Muslims in different parts of the world.

In the meantime, there are mainstream Muslims in the Middle East openly calling for the destruction of Christian churches and we say nothing?

We can't rely on the present Government, who has allowed legislation to both inhibit and marginalize the UK Christian community. What are the Christian churches in the UK doing about this? This is evil, immoral behavior and unless God fearing people are willing to stand up against it, it's not going to change.

This is the equivalent to the present Arch Bishop of Canterbury asking radical Christians to burn every mosque in the UK to the ground! It is unacceptable that we should stand by and watch the continued persecution of Christians in any part of the world.

Unless we raise our voice and stand on the word of God, we will only reap what we sow .

Bishop Nazir-Ali said recently that "persecution always begins with marginalisation and discrimination" which we can already see in the UK.

He should know as he grew up in Pakistan, where he witnessed the same trait of marginalisation and discrimination, which has grown to what we see today - outright persecution.

If we want to pretend this is not happening, it is our choice. However, in the coming years we may have missed this window of opportunity and we may not have a choice!
