Prophecies of Jesus Years Before His Birth That Were Fulfilled in His Life

All of the Below Prophecies Were Written 400-750 Years Before the Birth of Christ
(The prophets of old were) searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow. 1 Peter 1:11

Prophecies from the Old Testament Record of the Fulfilment of Prophecies
He says,' It is too light a thing that you should be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel; I will also give you for a light to the Gentiles, that you may be my salvation to the ends of the earth.'

Isaiah 49:6. (Isaiah lived 778 years before Christ) I the LORD have called you in righteousness, and will hold your hand; I will keep you and give you for a covenant to the people, for a light to the Gentiles, Isaiah 42:6

And the Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising. Isaiah 60:3

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and there was nothing made without him. In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
(Him isJesus, the life and the light of men) The light shines in the darkness; and the darkness did not comprehend it. There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
(John the Baptist, who prepared the way for the Light.) This man came as a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. He was not the Light, but was sent to bear witness of the Light.
(John the Baptist was the witness of the Light, Jesus.) Which was the true Light that enlightens every man who comes into the world. John 1:1-9
(Jesus is the true Light that enlightens every man in the world.)
Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, "I am the light of the world. He who follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the Light of Life." John 8:12

Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delights; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles.Isaiah 42:1

(Isaiah lived 778 years before Christ was born.)

Thus said the Lord GOD, Behold, I will lift up mine hand to the Gentiles, and set up my standard to the people: and they shall bring your sons in their arms, and your daughters shall be carried upon their shoulders. Isaiah 49:22

Then you shall see, and flow together, and your heart shall fear, and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be converted unto you, the forces of the Gentiles shall come unto you. Isaiah 60:5 Therefore your gates shall be open continually; they shall not be shut day nor night;that men may bring unto you the forces of the Gentiles, and that their kings may be brought. Isaiah 60:11

And the Gentiles shall see your righteousness, and all kings thy glory: and you shall be called by a new name, which the mouth of the LORD shall name. Isaiah 62:2

And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentilesseek: and his rest shall be glorious. Isaiah 11:10

For from the rising of the sun even unto the going down of the same my name shall be great among the Gentiles; and in every place incense shall be offered unto my name, and a pure offering: for my name shall be great among the heathen, said the LORD of hosts. Malachi 1:11

WE ALL KNOW THAT JESUS HAS BEEN WIDELY ACCLAIMED BY THE GENTILES, but the letters of Paul and John in New Testament scriptures confirm it happening throughout Asia and the Roman Empire, writing to churches in Corinth, Colossae, Ephesus, Rome, Galatia, Philippi, Thessalonians,Smyrna, Pergamos, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, and Laodicea.

And other sheep I have (Gentiles), which are not of this fold (Jews): them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.John 10:16

(Paul)he is a chosen vessel to me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel.

Delivering you (Paul) from the (Jewish) people, and from the Gentiles, to whom (the Gentiles) I (Jesus) now send you,

To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, release from sin's slavery, and an inheritance among thosewho are sanctified andpurified by faith in me. Acts 26:17-18

Peter said: in every nation whoever fears him and works righteousness is accepted by him. Acts 10:35

Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel.Isaiah 7:14 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Spirit.

Mat 1:18 An angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is conceived in heris of the Holy Spirit. Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.” Mat 1:20-23

For tous a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father , Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgement and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this. Isaiah 9:6-7 And the angel said to her, Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found grace (free, spontaneous, absolute favour and loving-kindness) with God. And listen! You will become pregnant and will give birth to a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus. He will be great (eminent) and will be called the Son of the Most High; and the Lord God will give to Him the throne of His forefather David,And He will reign over the house of Jacob throughout the ages; and of His reign there will be no end. Luke 1:30-33
But thou, Bethlehem Ephrath, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting. Micah 5:2 Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, Matthew 2:1
Thus saith the LORD; A voice was heard in Ramah, lamentation, and bitter weeping; Rahel weeping for her children refused to be comforted for her children, because they were not. Jeremiah 31:15 Then Herod, when he saw that he was mocked of the wise men, was exceeding wroth, and sent forth, and slew all the children that were in Bethlehem, and in allthe coasts thereof, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had diligently inquired of the wise men. Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremiah the prophet, saying, In Rama was there a voice heard, lamentation, and weeping, and great mourning, Rachel weeping for her children, and would not be comforted, because they are not.

WhenIsrael was a child, then I loved him, and called my son out of Egypt. Hosea 11:1 When hearose, he took the young child and his mother by night, and departed into Egypt: Matthew 2:14
For the child shall be a Nazarite unto God, Judges 13:5 And he-came and dwelt in a city called Nazareth: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophets, He shall be called a Nazarene. Matthew 2:23
For zeal for Your house has eaten me up. Psalm 69:9 And He found in the temple those who sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the money-changers doing business. When He had made a whip of cords, He drove them allout of the temple, with the sheep and the oxen, and poured out the changers’money and overturned the tables. And He said to those who sold doves, “ Take these things away! Do not make My Father’s house a house of merchandise!”Then His disciples remembered that it was written, “Zeal for Your house has eaten Me up.” John 2:14-17
I will open my mouth in parables; I will declare high sentences of old. Psalm 78:2 And the disciples came (to Jesus) and said to Him, “Why do You speak to them in parables?”

He (Jesus) answered and said to them, “ Because it has been given to you toknow the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given. For whoever has, to him more will be given, and he will have abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him. Therefore I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand. Matthew 13:10-13
