When the LORD Jesus Christ opens the Seventh Seal Judgment, the immediate effect is silence in Heaven. "But the LORD is in His holy Temple: let all the Earth keep silence before Him" (Habakkuk 2:20). The "angels desire to look into" (1Peter 1:12) both the Gospel plan of man's Salvation and the righteous plan of God's Judgments. "With my soul have I desired Thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek Thee early: for when Thy Judgments are in the Earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness"(Isaiah 26:9).
