Back to Next Part Man's religion & God's religion 2

"That no flesh should glory in His presence." 1 Corinthians 1:29

Man may glory in himself—but God has forever trampled man's glory under foot. God's purpose is to stain the pride of human glory. When Adam fell to the very depths of creature depravity, all his glory was forever lost—the pride of the creature was forever stained. No creature shall ever, in the sight of God, glory in itself!

We must take the crown off of human pride—and set it upon the head of Him who alone is worthy to wear it!
