Luke 11:24,27 When an evil spirit comes out of a man, it goes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it. Then it says, I will return to the house I left.

25. When it arrives, it finds the house swept clean and put in order.

26 Then it goes and takes seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there. and the final condition of that man is worse than the first.

Mark 16:17-18 And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons, they will speak in new tongues, they will pick up snakes with their hands: and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all: they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.

James 4: 6-7 But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says: "God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble"

7. Submit yourselves, then, to God, Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Acts 19:18 Many of those who believed now came and openly confessed evil deeds.

Matthew 6:14-15 For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15. But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.

Mark 1:23;27 Just then a man in their synagogue who was possessed by an evil spirit cried out, What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are-the Holy One of God!" Be quiet!" said Jesus sternly. "Come out of him!" The evil spirit shook the man violently and came out of him with a shriek.

Luke 10:17;19 The seventy-two returned with joy and said, Lord, even the demons submit to us in your name. "He replied, "I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you

Eph 6:10;18 The Armour of God Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armour of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armour of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled round your waist, with breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.

( Eph 6:17-18 sword of the Spirit...pray in the Spirit. Reminders that the battle is spiritual and be fought in God's strength, depending on the word and on God through prayer.

Isaiah 59:17. He put on righteousness as his breastplate, and the helmet of salvation on his head; he put on the garments of vengeance and wrapped himself in zeal as in a cloak.

(Isaiah 59:17. The Lord's armour is compared to the believer's armour in the battle against Satan. Garments of vengeance the blood-spattered garments.

JESUS IS THE ARMOUR. PRAYER FOR DELIVERANCE

Dear heavenly Father, I come to You in the name of Jesus Christ. I come a sinner.

I confess my sins and I repent of them. I am sorry that I have sinned.

I believe that You sent Jesus Christ into this world, born of a virgin, in the flesh, as a man.

I believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross to cleanse me from sin.

I believe that He was my substitute to satisfy God's justice for sin.

I believe that Jesus Christ, by His death on the cross, gave me the gift of eternal life and the gift of right-standing with You, dear heavenly Father. he gave me healing for my body, soul and spirit.

I believe that He was buried but that He rose again on the third day in accordance with the scriptures and is seated now at the right hand of God.

I turn to you, lord Jesus, I turn away from all darkness, from the power of Satan to the power of God, and I renounce all the works of Satan, especially the occult.

I call out to you, Lord Jesus, to help me.

I ask You to be Lord and Saviour.

I believe that You are my Deliverer, and that through your death and resurrection I have been delivered from the power of the devil. Thank you, Jesus.

I believe I am being saved, I believe I am healed, I believe I am delivered. Thank You Jesus AMEN

CONFESSION

I am cleansed from all sin by the blood of Jesus. ( 1 John 1:7)
I am brought near to God by the blood of Christ. (Ephesians 2:13)
I am justified by the blood of Jesus. (Romans 5:8-9)
I have redemption through the blood of Jesus. (Ephesians 1:7)
I am sanctified through the blood of Jesus. (Hebrews 13:12)
I have peace with God through His blood. (Colossians 1:20)
I am in a covenent relationship with God through the blood of Jesus (Mark 14:24)
I am purchased by the blood of Jesus. (Acts 20:28)
The blood of Christ cleanses my conscience. (Hebrews 9:14)
I have confidence to come into the presence of God by the blood of Jesus. (Hebrews10:19-22)
The blood of Christ is precious to me. (1 Peter 1:19)

SAVED BY HIS BLOOD

Through the blood of Jesus Christ I have been redeemed, bought out of Satan's dominion. Through His blood I enjoy a covenant relationship with God. I stand before my Father's throne with confidence, my mind and conscience cleansed. Spirits of darkness come out now in Jesus' name. I drive you out of your hiding place. The precious blood of Jesus sanctifies me now. Lord, I praise You that right now the blood speaks release." Before we can go any further we need to clearly understand that there is a spiritual being named Satan and who is also described in the Bible as Lucifer, or an angel of light. (2 Cor. 11:14) "And Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. Jesus resisted and overcame Satan by the power of the Word of God. Satan has spiritual powers under his authority in descending orders of authority.

We read in (Ephesians 6:12) "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places".
