THE ROCK N' ROLL DEATH LIST

The death of the 37 year-old Australian pop star Michael Hutchence, lead singer of the rock group INXS (pronounced "in excess"), led to the placement of this list on our Web site. The list was mostly borrowed from a Web site which sought to honor the people who "gave their lives for Rock n' Roll." While they gave their lives for R & R, they also fulfilled the passage in Romans 6:23, "The wages of sin is DEATH..." You'll notice the list has 27 "Rockers" who committed suicide and 38 who died of alcohol and drug abuse. Furthermore, only one person died of "old age" while the rest died "before their time" (Ecclesiastes 7:17).
