[Shupp�m ,] Shuppim, seems to be merely a contracted form of [Sheph�ph� ,] Shupham, or rather, Shephupham, which, by the mutation of [M�,] {mem,} into [N�n,] {noon,} is here changed into [Sheph�ph� ,] Shephuphan.
