God's most effective ministry in this world
"For God did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life!" 1 Thessalonians 4:7
It is life itself — a holy life, which is God's most effective ministry in this world — a pure, sweet, patient, earnest, unselfish, loving life. It is not so much what we DO in this world, as what we ARE.
A good and holy life is like a flower, which, though it neither toils nor spins — yet ever pours out a rich perfume, and thus performs a holy ministry.
"God has saved us, and called us to a holy life" 2 Timothy 1:9
