Most Blessed God
Most Blessed God, You have again permitted us to see the beginning of another day.
We desire to accept every new morning as a fresh gift of Your love. We are the constant beggars on Your bounty.
If Your sustaining arm be withdrawn--we instantly perish.
We rejoice to look back on the way by which You have hitherto led us; protecting us from danger, supporting us in trouble, disappointing our fears, and realizing our hopes.
