====Destiny of the Church Index==== This series of nine lessons investigates God's eternal plan for His Church, using the backdrop of Old Testament imagery and the continuity of New Testament explanation. As one person phrased it: "The New Testament is in the Old Testament concealed; the Old Testament is in the New Testament revealed."
The New Testament constantly uses the imagery of the Old Testament to picture the present reality of the Church. The patterns and types of the Old Testament (Colossians 2:16-17; Hebrews 10:1) help place God's plan for the Church in its eternal perspective.
