Breaking Occult Spells

It’s worth reading this book if you find the occult world a mystery. The book is intended to bring an in-depth biblical understanding on the occult world, to remove any needless fears, and to reveal biblical principles for overcoming occult influences.
At no other time in Christian history compared to our times has it been this essential to grasp the fundamentals on dealing with the occult world. This easy to understand book serves this purpose. Some particular groups in occult circles are busy working to wreak havoc in our family and social lives, careers, physical health, spiritual lives, ministries, society, and so on. This book shows how to biblically deal with their schemes.
On a general level the book is primarily about walking in freedom from occult influences that exist all around us in their various forms. These include the religious occult world, traditional witchcraft activities, New Age occult activities, resurrected ancient Egyptian and Babylonian occult influences.
Of key focus is Mystery Babylon, its occult activities, and how to prevail over its witchcraft works of sorcery, spell casting, deception, Christian infiltration, manipulation, and control.
Thus the book is not about receiving deliverance after being involved in occult practices. It’s about being protected or being free from manipulations and activities of those who’re in the occult world. It therefore assumes the reader is already a Christian, saved, consecrated to God, and acknowledging Jesus Christ as his/her Lord and Savior. However, Appendix 1 has a “Salvation Invitational” for anyone desiring to receive God's salvation through Jesus Christ.
For those who were once involved in occult practices and want Christian deliverance one appropriate book to read is Breaking Spiritual Strongholds and Healing the Wounded Spirit: Dealing with Root Causes. It’s a book I wrote that deals with spiritual health and spiritual healing principles. It has a chapter titled, “Deliverance and Healing from the Occult, Witchcraft & Satanism.”
This book on breaking occult spells is also not about confronting the occult world. It’s about effectively being on the defensive to attacks from the occult world, many that are easily taken for granted. A book about being on the offensive, that is, confronting the occult world is titled: Major Spiritual Warfare Principles: Biblical Do’s and Don’ts of Warfare. It has general spiritual warfare principles that are also applicable to those burdened with confronting the occult world.
Needless to say that we all, as Christians, play a role in confronting the occult world in its various forms. The preaching of the gospel is the worst offensive weapon against the occult world and its influences on people. Combined with prayer and fasting, where possible, occult influences are confronted without even understanding their various shades, makeup and strategies. However, when we’re on the defensive it’s important to know their various shades, makeup and strategies –particularly in our times.
The book starts with an overview of the occult, how the occult world works, and identifying the major categories of occult groups from a Christian perspective.
“We know that we are children of God, and that the whole world is under the control of Satan,” 1 John 5:19.
It then moves on to cover specific occult practices and activities that are fundamental to dealing with the occult. In the third quarter the book addresses Christians’ role in dealing with the occult. It covers on the theme of the book: Breaking Occult Spells: Protection from Witchcraft and Occult Influences.

“I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it,” Matthew 16:18.
“Everyone born of God overcomes the world…Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God,” 1 John 5:4-5.
The final section of the book covers on end-time events that are unfolding right before us. On the evil side some occult groups are the major players of end-time events. On the good side Christians are the major players of end-time events.
The final section is intended to inform and equip fellow believers in being effectively positioned for dealing with end-time occult deception, infiltration, manipulation, and control schemes. Equipped believers in the end-times will stand, without any surrender to the rise (and quick fall) of one particular occult group.
“He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead, so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name,” Revelation 13:16-17.
