            every empire, <br />
            every kingdom, <br />
            every person, <br />

            He rules over everything that takes place. Nothing escapes His notice, frustrates His purpose, or disorganizes His plan. <br />

            Does the Lord God Omnipotent reign? Then let us . . .<br />
            fear to offend Him; <br />
            aim to please Him well in all things;<br />
            trust in and rely on Him;<br />
            call upon Him in times of need.<br />

            prevent sins,<br />
            strengthen faith,<br />
