Mutations

Evolution Says .....

Major changes in evolution are caused by many small changes called mutations where the genetic code of an organism is accidentally altered. These mutations provide the individual with better characteristics than others in their species.

(1) "It is entirely in line with the accidental nature of mutations that extensive tests have agreed in showing the vast majority of them detrimental to the organism in its job of surviving and reproducing ..... good ones are so rare that we can consider them all bad."
